In this course you will learn about the fundamental cost accounting principles imposed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 31.2 on commercial organizations, and will follow an example of how a DCAA compliant accounting system should be configured.

QuickBooks for Government Contractors
A two and a half day workshop to assist contractors in the actual set up of a DCAA compliant accounting system using QuickBooks. We strongly recommend attending the seminar, Fundamentals of Federal Contract Cost Accounting, prior to attending this workshop. Attendees will leave with a DCAA compliant accounting system.

This seminar applies the concepts presented in our seminar, Fundamentals of Federal Contract Cost Accounting to QuickBooks. We demonstrate how QuickBooks should be configured to accommodate these cost principles so as to pass a DCAA Accounting System Review.
